


CC has strict protocols (RL created) to inhibit "Ease of Use." The guy doing that tutorial "Fly's" through the process. Note: It is not simple "Import / Export". I'm a max user and have no problems rigging and transferring content, yet I'm unable to convey the terminology to Maya. It's not offically up for sale yet, but I bet if you sent him a message, he will sell you the beta plugin. Like I said, I don't know your reasons for wanting to import iClone characters, but I have been working with the developer for about a week now as he irons out the bugs. So you will have access to all the assets in the Daz market and not be restricted to iClone's small asset market. I don't know why you want to use iClone characters so this may have limited use for you, but check out this plugin: Daz to Maya Although it hasn't been officially released yet, I can attest that it works great and it brings just about any Daz character into Maya complete with Arnold textures and Human IK.
